Over the weekend, the member representing Essien Udim State Constituency in Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly, Prince Ukpong Akpabio II paid tributes to a PDP chieftain and Notary Public, Barr. Friday Nnana Udom who passed on at the age of 66.
Barr. Udom was a PDP chairmanship aspirant and Secretary, Board of Governors, Topfaith Secondary School, Mkpatak, Essien Udim Local Government Area.
The funeral was conducted by the Fire Foundation Ministries International, Iyana Ipaja, Lagos at the deceased country home, Ikot Ondo, Adiasim in Essien Udim where Barr. Udom died, leaving behind his wife and children.
The Essien Udim representative was also at the funeral of Obonganwan Francisca Emmanuel Ibuotenin conducted by Saint Anthony Catholic Parish, Ekpenyong Atai 1, Essien Udim Local Government Area.
Aged: 72, Mma Chief, a farmer and trader who got married 53 years ago, was the President General, Mboho Ibaan Mme Eteidung, Essien Udim Chapter, and is survived by her husband and four children.
Prince Ukpong Akpabio in his condolence messages to the bereaved, described the demise of Barr. Friday Nnana Udom and Obonganwan Francisca Emmanuel Ibuotenin as painful and prayed God to comfort their families and the souls of the departed eternal rest.
