…as Chairman Inaugurates Supervisor, Special Advisers
The lawmaker representing Essien Udim State Constituency at the Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly, Prince Ukpong Akpabio, has urged newly sworn-in Supervisors abd Special Advisers in Essien Udim Local Government Council to be proactive and prioritize the needs of Essien Udim people and ensure they deliver effective service to the people at the grassroot.
Speaking, Monday at the Council Secretariat, Afaha Ikot Ebak, while witnessing the inauguration of the Essien Udim Local Government exco by the Council Chairman, Mr. Ntiedo Usoro, the Essien Udim lawmaker harped on the need for the Council administration to be responsive to the needs of their constituents.
He emphasized the importance of providing basic amenities and infrastructure to enhance the quality of life.
Prince Akpabio congratulated the newly sworn-in officers and expressed confidence in their ability to deliver effective service. He thanked the Chairman of Essien Udim Local Government, Hon. Ntiedo Usoro, for selecting young and talented individuals to serve.
Prince Akpabio who is the Chairman, House Committee on Rules, Business, Ethics and Privileges, Prince Akpabio stressed that the call to action was aimed at promoting good governance, transparency, and accountability at the grassroots level.
