  • Obongemem Ekperikpe Ekpo admonishes friends, well wishers and the younger generation

According to Obongemem Ekperikpe Ekpo, Minister of State for Petroleum Resources (Gas), in his speech at the dedication service of little Miss Emmanuella Solomon, the daughter of one of his protocol officers, Mr. Solomon Akpan, ” People should be loyal and steadfast in what they believe in.”

“I am in this church today because of Solomon. He has been steadfast and loyal in following me over the years, ” he went ahead to reveal at the service conducted at the Qua Iboe Church, Stadium Road, Abak.

He expressed confidence in Mr. Solomon Akpan’s ability to bring up little Miss Emmanuella in the way of the Lord.

Ekpo reiterated the need for the church to continue to pray for leaders at all levels, particularly the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the President of the Senate, Chief Godswill Akpabio.

The pioneer gas minister also supported the donation of bags of rice made by his wife, Lady Esitmbom Ekpo, to the church with a princely sum.

The event witnessed prayers for the President of Nigeria, Senate President, Gas Minister, and all those in positions of authority.
