The Governor of Enugu State, Barrister Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, on Friday officially inaugurated the Oranto International Airport Hotel, a world-class facility owned by renowned Anambra-born billionaire businessman, Prince Arthur Eze.
Speaking at the event, Governor Mbah lauded Prince Arthur Eze for his unwavering commitment to investing in Enugu State, emphasizing that such ventures play a critical role in the state’s economic development.
“I was delighted to inaugurate the magnificent Oranto International Airport Hotel, owned by the esteemed business mogul, Prince Arthur Eze. This hotel is a vital piece in our broader strategy to operationalize the Akanu Ibiam International Airport, launch Enugu Air in the coming days, and attract over 3 million visitors annually,” the Governor said.
He further highlighted the hotel’s strategic importance in positioning Enugu as a hub for tourism and commerce, stating, “An international airport hotel like this underscores our ambition to make Enugu a true hub.”
The Governor also praised Prince Arthur Eze’s resilience in overcoming challenges to complete the landmark project, describing it as a testament to his steadfast commitment to the state’s progress.
“To all our investors, this is yet another testament that Enugu State is open for business,” Governor Mbah added, encouraging further investments in the state.
