David Adeleke, widely known as Davido, has reportedly taken legal action against his ex-partner Sophia Momodu in a custody dispute over their daughter, Imade Adeleke.
According to reports from Punch Newspaper, Davido claims he covers all of Imade’s school fees and provides the apartment where Sophia and Imade reside in Lagos, Nigeria.
In his court filing, Davido alleged that Sophia turned down a 200 million naira house with a swimming pool that he had purchased for Imade’s accommodation.
Instead, Sophia requested an annual rent payment of 5 million naira, along with additional financial support for a housemaid and annual upkeep expenses totaling 19,800 dollars.
