The family of late Patron Cleton Etim of Nkap Village in Ikot Ekpene Local Government Area has announced the passage of her matriarch,Late Mrs Florence Cleton Etim at the age of
79.
This is contained in a statement signed by the eldest son of the deceased,Mr. Innocent Etim on behalf of the family and made available to newsmen.
According to the statement,Late Mrs Florence Cleton Etim was born on 1st January 1946 and passed on on the 12 of January,2025 after a brief illness.
The statement described late Mrs Florence Cleton Etim as a devout Christian of the Catholic faith, community builder,adviser and a loving mother.
The statement adds that the matriarch will be laid to rest in her country home in Nkap Village on Thursday,20th March,2025 after a requem mass by
St.Annes Catholic Cathedral,Ifuho, Ikot Ekpene by 10 am.
The statement invites friends,associates and well wishers to the funeral.
The late Mrs Florence Cleton Etim is survived by Bibiana Cleton Etim-daughter,Mr Innocent Cleton Etim-son,Mrs Imaobong Nwogbo,Reverend Sister Mbuotidem Etim- daughters,Mr Anthony Etim and Sir John Cleton Etim- immediate past Transition Committee Chairman of Ikot Ekpene Local Government-son, grandchildren, great grandchild and a host of other relatives to mourn her exit.
