🎈The program, managed by the Akwa Ibom Bulk Purchase Agency (AKBPA), has been a lifeline for countless vulnerable families. Today, it was the turn of Oruk Anam residents to benefit, with essential food items such as rice, beans, and garri distributed to households in 172 villages across 16 wards. For many recipients, this intervention represents a beacon of hope in challenging times.
🎈Visibly elated beneficiaries expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Governor Umo Eno for his generosity. Mbuotidem Udo Ndok from Ikot Inyang Ward 2, Ufot Friday Akpan from Ward 12, Ibesit Anwa Udo, Nseobong Sunday Uwah, and Nseobong Usoro, among others, lauded the Governor for prioritizing the welfare of the vulnerable. They praised his commitment to ensuring the food items reach those who need them most, emphasizing his focus on humanity over politics.
